How to add custom apps?

I founded request app page, founded there semaphore. I founded these guide for curstom apps. But it didn't work. On last command I have these error `Could not open input file: artisan` I figured out that there is not laravel, but I tryed diferent dirs, it didn't helped. Heimdall run in docker
