Quantum resistance required ! ECC

Hi , most of the coins on the market , including LTC is using Elliptic Curve Cryptography.
But its so risky to use such cryptographic algorithms in these days.
Microsoft has released new Quantum chips.

LTC should go to NTRU based signature algorithm.
Or else in future it would be big disaster for LTC.

if you add Quantum safe algorithm , that will be first coin that has resistance against Quantum attacks.
You may need to make hard fork for this feature or not ?
