Improved Admin Menus: View Variables

A lot of the Admin menus use very barebones BYOND UI rather than the prettier and more usable newer html tgUI.
Changing this would be appreciated by our admins but likely also by TG admins.

The View Variables Panel will be challenging to improve as it needs to display an enormous amount of variables dynamically, many of which have varying types.
Many of them could be edited much more intuitively than through the BYOND text input field though, so if smarter value editing is possible to achieve it would be of great assistance.

Failing that, it could at least look nicer and be more easily adjustable to fit on the screen, with live search and perhaps some categorisation if that is possible to do automatically.
Many of the actions you can take from the drop-down panel could also be converted to buttons rather than a drop-down list.
