Key file could not be found

Cant figure out why I get this error 'key file could not be found' I have the service account JSON in the same folder as class.

Plainly stating tt-scanner-firebase.json might point root path of the project. Try moving service account JSON file to the root directory of the project.

Hello i'm new here and i need help on vscode. I tried to deploy a project but can't find the firebase.json and .firebaserc files which should be auto generated. Please kindly assist
