Add plugins via configs or env

Is there a way to add plugin via env instead of ui?

for example the doc https://lobehub.com/docs/self-hosting/environment-variables/basic#plugin-settings gives a sample om how to add plugin and configure its settings but its a bit confusing on how to install plugin via same method. Lets say i want to install a plugin, example https://lobehub.com/plugins/web for web search, how do i add this plugin name for install? and configure the settings (engine_id, api_key, etc)? Same for any other plugin on lobe plugin hub
