目前可以支持在WEBUI界面增加模型服务商，但是缺少在环境变量配置模型服务商的能力（至少从文档上没找到相关介绍）

下面的issues中的腾讯满血版的DeepSeek R1就可以通过新建模型提供商实现，但是缺乏在环境变量钟新增模型服务商的能力

可以考虑增加一个环境变量：CUSTOM_PROVIDERS=id=xxx&name=xxx&...,id=xxx&name=xxx&...
...是其他参数，就不一一列举了
