gtx files cannot be used?

if i create a transformation using parameters and i use a gtx file i receive this Exception:
org.locationtech.proj4j.UnsupportedParameterException: geoidgrids parameter is not supported
in 2024 there are not a solution at this?

Yes, unfortunately that has not been imlemented.
