Blocked on: Flowbite support of tailwind v4 themesberg/flowbite-react#1508

Once that's unblocked, we can do:

npm install tailwindcss@4 @tailwindcss/vite
npm uninstall @astrojs/tailwind

and follow the rest of the migration guide: https://tailwindcss.com/docs/installation/framework-guides/astro
