After the latest update to version 0.12.17

the Activity Logs window (Italian language) is like this.

Not sure why your viewer is detecting the file encoding as UTF16-LE

Rapr uses UTF-8 to write logs files. It looks like the notepad opens it as UTF-16LE. Try open it with a different editor to see if there are any special characters in file.

This problem only occurs with version 0.12.17
I tested with version 0.12.12 with Windows Notepad 11.2410.21.0 (latest) and did not encounter any problems. It could be due to the latest language update.

Nothing in particular, just after installing it I just tested it.
