Allow to add feedback to the presentation

A dedicated minute taker will write down raw feedback during the presentation. It would be good if this could directly be entered in thesis track. The student should therefore be able to assign a minute taker in the system who will get access to this particular section.
This raw feedback is the basis for the feedback log later on
