I want to use this extension in my company. Can you declare what license this repository uses?

I saw a line <license>TORC</license> in package.xml, but I am not aware of that license.

It looks like it refers to Torc Robotics. The C++ files are marked BSD licensed, and were modified from rviz sources. The package.xml could be updated to reflect that.

Great! I noticed that this repo is a fork and I probably should've asked original author to state the license (although your fork is much more popular).
I looked into the source files and their copyright statements are kind of messy, but at least they all seem to comply with BSD license.
