In the pages folder of the hacktoberfest branch, create a markdown document with the file name in the issue title (get-involved-ways-to-contribute.md). Use the front matter (aka everything between the dashed lines at the top of the other 'get-involved' pages) to create the front matter on this page - aka copy and paste, and change names as needed.
