Noticed these tests seem to always be skipping. Will need to do more testing on license SKU possibilities. Ref #670

I saw the same issue. However, please have a look at my PRs:

I have improved the Get-MtLicenseInformation MdoV2 and updated all tests accordingly as well as removed the check for EOP, as it is included by default for Exchange Online mailboxes.

Clarification: The SkuID "326e2b78-9d27-42c9-8509-46c827743a17" (Exchange Online Protection / EOP_ENTERPRISE) is deprecated as far as I understand and tenants capable of EOP does not neccesarily have this sku listed. Therefore I have updated all tests accordingly as well as included more tests that does (no longer) need P1.
