GUI: An option to decrease transparency/increase opacity of log area (and maybe Hotkeys one too)

This would greatly increase readability:

Hotkeys area is less of an issue thanks to game using very bright font color there

I reduced contrast of the background image in GIMP and it kinda works so maybe it's an non-issue after all:

Still, I guess it would be nice if XMage had this simple option to reduce contrast of background images and no GIMP on a user part was involved
