B2B Company Registration From "File" Field Not Working

Preconditions and environment

• 2.4.6
• You can try to upload the file using a custom customer attribute from the Company Registration form and it will not save the file when the form submits

Steps to reproduce

1. Create custom customer file attribute from admin.
2. Fillup the form details
3. After that submit the form.
4. Now when you will check the customer section the file uploaded will not show as it's not saved during submit.

Expected result

When customer user uploads the file that needs to be show in admin customer area after registering.

Actual result

File not saving in admin.

Verified the issue in 2.4.6 instance and 2.4-develop and issue can be reproducible,Hence we are confirming the issue.

 
Kindly refer the below screenshots:

Steps to reproduce:

1.Install Magento instance
2.Go stores>Attributes>Customer>Create File attribute
3.Create New company in store front end with upload sample file and save
4.Go to customer >All customer >select the newly register company >Edit>check file is uploaded or not
5.Go to Customer>Companies>Select new Registered company>edit>click Company admin and File uploaded or not
 
The file which uploaded while creating new company in store front which is not saved company admin and this is actual result as per the main description. We are also getting same result,Hence we are confirming the issue.
