Hello @mahdi22,

it seems the location of the package python(2|3)-psycopg2 has changed its location, it is (now) in pgdg-common.
But the task only includes the release version (enablerepo: "pgdg{{ postgresql_version | replace('.','') }}") and so does not find the package.

The below example is for CentOS 7, I havn't checked other distros.

TASK [mahdi22.postgresql : install ansible prerequisites] **********************
fatal: [fqdn]: FAILED! => changed=false
  msg: No package matching 'python3-psycopg2' found available, installed or updated
  rc: 126
  results:
  - No package matching 'python3-psycopg2' found available, installed or updated

Best regards
Benjamin
