Nice to have: models download in background

When you open the app the model doesn't seem to download in the background and you need to keep the app open. This disables use of other apps for a while until the model downloads. Takes a while for large models, might put people off. Also switching back to foreground you can't tell if the app is downloading the model or not (seems not) (iOS)
