Override color scheme for a component and dynamic default props

[Q1] Is it possible to override the color scheme for a component and it's children?

I'm trying to make the AppShell header and its children always use the dark theme.

[Q2] Is it possible to change default props based on the current color scheme?

Something like this:

Card.extend({
  defaultProps: {
    // `sm` if light.
    // `lg` if dark.
    shadow: '...'
  }
});
