[Bug]: High CPU Usage

Steps to reproduce

I started the terminal and after about 2 hours I noticed an increase on CPU processing. When I closed the terminal, immediately the process when down hard.

Device: Mac M3
Memory: 32GB

Expected behavior

Lower CPU usage

High CPU usage

did you run the package, bun dev:tui or what?
