Improve project/website handling

ATM, we have a config file that holds the website to upload metadata and some config for the CLI such as the node url to connect to, the credentials and the chunk size. It would be nice to have some way to generate/update the config from a simple command, for example, the after a SC deployment, add the Website SC address to the config file to the user won't have to specify it in the commands.

This address value could also be used in other commands such as ls, show etc. to avoid having to specify the address each time.
