Automatic bumping of dependencies

This is mostly a reminder for myself:

At this point, I'm occasionally (which translates to: whenever I'm working on it) updating packages/dependencies in environment.yml. This could be automated using dependabot and github actions in a way that whenever a dependency gets a new release, the environmentfile is updated. Of course, this means there should be some testing if the notebooks still execute correctly.

Maybe this is also a good idea for other pyiron-based workflows.
