Headless support

Hi! Thanks for the amazing work, seems to be just what I need for my Proxmox server.

I just want to check for sure: the library is fully supported in headless mode? I want to monitor the system resources on my Proxmox server (maybe even individual VM resources through the API).

I can confirm the library is fully supported in headless mode! The System Monitor main.py can also run headless, you just have to configure it manually by editing config.yaml

I'm looking to do something similar. I'm wondering if the proxmox API is the best bet or what
