Restore jQuery in 3.7.4/3.7.5 docs

This seems to have disappeared from Sphinx and/or bootstrap, but
pydata-sphinx-theme's JavaScript code still needs it. Instead of
changing all the HTML files, inject jQuery via the latter.

This should fix the version switcher dropdown.
