Steps to reproduce

This is followup issue of #27810.

Outcome

What did you expect?

Element Web session should stay logged.

What happened instead?

Element Web is logged out on a particular machine (laptop in sleep mode). Other sessions on turned off machines are still logged in.

Windows 11

Browser information

Firefox 136.0.2

I'm still seeing this fairly consitently on:

  • eleweb Element version: 5e7b58a-js-19b1b901f575 Crypto version: Rust SDK 0.11.0 (f2e32d4), Vodozemac 0.9.0
  • synapse 1.128.0 (lant.uk)
  • MAS 0.15

I filed it with MAS as element-hq/matrix-authentication-service#4436

Should I reopen this issue? Make a new eleweb one?

@lampholder I suggest opening a new one as re-opening it will just leave it in limbo where it says its assigned to me but I have zero time allocated to it, so it won't get looked at by anyone including the maintainer.

And please include logs. No post-fix-attempt logs means we have nothing to go on.
