Hello, I'm just evaluating this project as a potential replacement to my MQTT home setup. Sorry if this is mentioned somewhere that I missed, I tried searching but maybe I used the wrong terms. I'd just like clarification on one thing... Can I use this library to produce an IoT communication infrastructure in my home, for personal use, but with the added optional benefit of automatic support with Silicon Valley products (for me, Apple Watch would be nice), without certifying anything? Thanks. |

Matter.js can be used to build Matter compliant devices, also if you do not plan to release them officially but use for private. If it is then allowed to use in an uncertified mannor depends on the ecosystems you plan to use. Apple currently allows that |
