Thank you for your question! I have always maintained this project for myself, which is why there is no README or documentation. I am unaware of anyone else ever using it, but wanted to make it available just in case someone found it and wanted to dig into the code. I have thought about making it a better public resource by providing documentation and examples of how it works, but have not made time for that. I may at some point in the future, but don't have time right now. I appreciate your interest. :)
