That seems to me, as a non-emacs user, quite complicated, @arthsmn

Maybe you can take one of the screenshots available and create something like that for your preferred themes? When the Picture is big enough, it should be possible to pick the colors and create the iterm theme from the image. I already did that with my IRIX themes. It's a bit tedious but doable.
