Searching by Observation and Detail in show dive editor (waffle button) and bulk editor

We would like these fields to autofill and move forward through text as we type terms on each line:

They are found on the show dive view editor (waffle button) and the bulk editor tab, both are not working as we expect. We can show you in the lab if that would be best way to demonstrate how they are not working. These fields should work like the 'Rename Annotations' pop up window where it autofills and moves forward through text as we type.
