New tab position problem

Steps to reproduce

Just open tabs form a tab

Actual behavior

How it is now

ROOT TAB

• newest tab
• older tab
• oldest tab
• ...

Expected behavior

My goal is for new pages opened from the given tab to open from top to bottom. Currently, they open so that the last one is always at the top relative to the root tab. I tried adjusting the settings, but nothing changes.
