Issue:
Running a Rhino.Inside.Revit script via GH Player when the solver locked runs the definition twice.

Steps to repeat:

  1. open RiR and start GH. (example RiR is using 2024 imperial arch template)
  2. lock solver
  3. run definition attached with GH player
