This NTR is for four terms for representing data items that are about social categories.

This set of terms comes from the same paper (in development) that the terms added in #211 are from. I only recently realized that the data item terms didn't go into OMRSE at the same time as the others.

I only included my own ORCID under "Attribution" below; but since I'm developing the paper and terms with with @hoganwr and @dillerm, they could be added as contributors as well if they so choose.

The second and third of these address two recent requests: #249 and #250.

This is great! As I indicated during the OMRSE meeting today, if there is an OMRSE-based way to represent these entities, we are happy to re-use those representations in OOSTT.

Additionally, it may be of interest to include "nationality data item" or "nation of origin data item" alongside these terms, as such a data items are commonly acquired together in concerned data collection instruments.

My ORCID is 0000-0001-6378-1703. I think creating terms for nationality might be a good follow up to this project.
