Course completion date not showing on some certificates.

The configuration of the date field seems to be correct, below is the configuration as well as the preview:

And this is an example of the certificate when generated:

I have read through #113. The CRON job is running as it's supposed to but maybe not before the completion calculation.

Any insights into this would be appreciated.
