Add tax amount to line_item unit_price

Its really cumbersome to not have the tax amount for the unit_price (not total) in the line_item object. we are manually deriving it and it is very flaky right now. How hard would it be to add this to the line_item field next to unit_price, qunatiity, total, and total tax?

Thanks but this is exactly what I mean: I am looking for the unit_price tax amount not the item total tax amount. As soon as quantity is > 1 they are not the same

I am a bit surprised no one has the same problem: in the EU you are required by law to show taxes by default unless you are solely B2B. How would you show the tax including price in a line item unit price or pdp then?

@fxmb The law in europe states:
All prices must be displayed as final prices including VAT (gross prices) for consumers (B2C).

VAT amount must be clearly shown
Separate display of net amount, VAT amount, and gross total
Applicable VAT rate must be identifiable

You can achieve all of this by looking at the tax_line section of your item(s) in the cart:

I am not aware of any law that requires you to show the VAT of a unit item (quantity=1) seperately anywhere in the process of checking out.
