Allow a Country to be in multiple Regions

Right now, you can only assign a Country to one Region. I don't see why this should be the case, I'd like to make multiple Regions in the same country.

My particular use case is I use Regions for regional pricing, but they're all within the same country. So for now I'm just going to leave countries blank and manage it externally.

@codercody, this is not the intended way to use Regions. Regions define areas of multiple countries, not areas within a single country.

If you want to introduce domestic regions, I recommend introducing a custom module and creating prices with custom rules to those domestic regions, similar to what you would do with the core Regions.

I will be closing this as this is not something we plan to support.
