Add a button or some UI element to create user in Medusa Cloud environment

Hey team,

I've had several users (and i've had the doubt myself before i found the docs) ask how they could create a user in an environment in Medusa Cloud. It is documented here https://docs.medusajs.com/cloud/environments/long-lived#create-medusa-admin-user-in-environment but not everybody goes through the docs and I see how you might have missed it.

It could make sense to maybe show a section with a button inside an environment detail in Medusa Cloud to create a user.

I just had that issue, was steps away from creating my staging environment on another hosting, I couldnt figure it out until @NicolasGorga pointed the docs out, it was a frustrating experience.
