Description

https://www.jsdelivr.com/ is a free github CDN service, maybe you guys could change all github direct download link into this CDN.

Benefit

It would be very helpful for our pitiful China and RU users, who suffering from network inspect. Thanks in advance

but there might be other way to achive this goal.

maybe add proxy settings? idk
