Global `ms_without_auto_index` in `Meilisearch`

This is a suggestion to add
```ruby
Meilisearch.without_auto_index do
# or Meilisearch::Rails.without_auto_index do
end
```
Since
```ruby
Color.without_auto_index do
end
```
only disables indexing for the `Color` model (in this case)
