create a .css file instead of injecting it from the javascript file

Maybe nice to setup webpack to create a .css file that the user needs to add himself instead of it being bundled in the javascript and being injected. If the user is creating his own UI the css is still being injected

Another solution is having a check if a custom-ui is being used, but the above is more elegant to implement.
