Add Windows support and Python 3.14 wheels

Request: Windows Support and Python 3.14 Wheels

Current Issue

boomboxlib is currently only available for Python 3.11 on Linux/Mac. Windows users cannot install it, and Python 3.14 is not supported.

Requested Support

• Platforms: Add Windows wheels (win_amd64)
• Python versions: Add Python 3.12, 3.13, 3.14 support
• Current limitation: Only Python 3.11 + Linux/Mac supported

Use Case

Users on Windows with newer Python versions cannot use boomboxlib for stream recording functionality.

Hi, sorry for the long wait and thanks for patience!

Unfortunately support for Windows is not planned for now. Membrane framework, which is the foundation for Boombox, only supports Linux and MacOS. If you want to use Boombox on a Windows machine I strongly recommend using WSL, it's been tested with Membrane and should be working without problems.

As for more Python versions, #129 will be handling that and should be merged soon. Once it is I'll release a new version of boomboxlib with support for versions 3.11-3.14.
