[Docs] While clicking on docs link it is not opening the documentation page

Current State

I am reporting an issue with a broken hyperlink in the documentation. When clicked, the link navigates to Broken_Link which returns a 404 error. The intended destination is Fixed_Link . Please update the link to resolve this issue.
