Stuff to find out / do

• Restart minion failed jobs
• Find out index size of cpan_v0 on bm-mc-01 v0: 273521 v1: 275566 so v1 2045 (~ 1%) more?
• Get cpan-api tests passing, and passing on travis
• Get metacpan-web tests passing, and passing on travis
• Import users & session data (and work out how to do this for switch over)
• Fix latest:
