Support 5' Truncation #16
Description
Currently the package only implements 3'-end truncation. If there is demand (please comment!), we could rework to include both 3'- and 5'-end truncation. I have never worked with 5'-end data, so it would be helpful to have feedback as to whether this would be a useful option.
