Summary of the bug

The content of the tree view component briefly flashes and moves when you first load the page

🪜 How to reproduce

Tell us the steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Go to the tree view Storybook or look at the tree view on the ICDS website
  2. Refresh the page or change pages
  3. See that the tree view flashes / moves around briefly

  • Browser: Happens on Chrome, Safari, Firefox

🧐 Expected behaviour

The elements on the tree view should not move around or flash like this on page load.
