🪜 How to reproduce

Tell us the steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Go to V3 Web Components Storybook
  2. Shrink the width of the window until top nav displays in mobile view
  3. Hover over the 'menu' button

Additional info

Be sure to consider impact on Top Navs with a light background colour. E.g. the React storybook example using yellow as the colour.
