[Story] Capture contributors_unassociated evidence

Description

As a badge assessor
I want to see proof of contributions from multiple unrelated organizations
So that Gold contributors_unassociated closes with existing data

Scorecard already reports 2 organizations: actions (GitHub) and Jefferson Lab — the threshold is >= 2. Capture the citation (contributors graph / commit history) as badge evidence.

Acceptance Criteria

• Evidence URL recorded (contributors view showing both orgs).
• Criterion marked met on badge entry.

Technical Tasks

• Screenshot/link contributors evidence
• Answer criterion
