Description:
So this isn't for an issue, but an idea that me and a friend had after a night of drinking and being nerds.
We came up with the idea of using an Arduino and some script to make a handheld mic unit like those used by commercially available handheld two way radios or CB's, and some segmented display screens to output your current radio frequency (maybe it holds the last used if multiple, or simply indicates which one when in use), and function as a PTT microphone in game.
Would this be possible at all? I can see there are functions for calling your selected frequencies, and the PTT would be a simple joystick or keyed input action that can be scripted. Calling frequency would be the hardest part...
Hopefully this is the right place to ask!
