Right Sidebar Navigation Does Not Highlight Current Section While Scrolling

Describe the bug

The right sidebar navigation does not actively highlight or track the current section as the user scrolls through the documentation. When viewing a particular section, it is not highlighted in the right-side overview menu, making it difficult to track the user's position in the documentation.

Expected behavior

The right sidebar navigation should dynamically update to highlight the current section as the user scrolls through the documentation, making it easy to track their position.

Actual behavior

The right sidebar navigation remains static and does not highlight the section currently being viewed, causing difficulty in navigation.

How to Reproduce?

1. Go to Docs -> Tutorial -> Click on any of the tutorial from the sidebar
2. Scroll through the documentation using the right sidebar for navigation.
3. Notice that the right sidebar does not update to reflect the current section being viewed.
