I need help with a basic setup for an MDM server using golang.

Yes, I have, but it wasn't making any sense to me. I have created a web server in Golang already, but integrating nanomdm has been frustrating.

Could I see a sample project where this has been done?

Sure. In the NanoMDM repository in the ./cmd/nanomdm/ folder is a reference server hooked up to an HTTP mux:

Those are the (wrapped) HTTP handlers that handle the device's MDM protocol (both check-in and connect/command endpoints).

Have you dealt with MDM before? If you aren't familiar with how MDM operates I probably wouldn't attempt integration as a first step — too many moving parts.
