Incorrect Reporting for Monaco around 8.20.20

My investigation reports a Recovery Rate for Monaco on 8.20.20 at 105.5555555556%, and a Recovery Rate for Monaco on 8.21.20 at 101.7857142857%.

This seems to be because Confirmed Cases Data were incorrectly reported at some point and never retroactively fixed, randomly dropping from 150 to 108? I realize this could be a problem directly with the country itself reporting incorrectly, just wanted to notify someone that it is sending up a flag in the data.
