In Windows 11, file explorer has tabs, but when a new tab is opened, it goes to the 'Home' section which I don't think I've ever used. Most of the time, I need to use the duplicate button, but this is unnecessary clicks. Could PowerToys have a small app which sets the '+' button to duplicate the currently opened tab.
Scenario when this would be used?
This would be used at all times when Explorer was open.

Does it need to open in a specific folder? You can change the behavior when opening new tabs/windows. Click on See more ... -> Option. Then in Open File Explorer to: you can choose which main directory File Explorer can open the new tab.
